You can try cycling your printer to see if it clears the error messages.  Typically an error message like that would mean that the cartridge is defective in some way, so if that is the case then you should see about exchanging them.  If you had a message telling you that the cartridges were still empty, then that might be easier to fix, but if they are not recognized then the chips on the cartridges are probably defective.

You can try soaking your cartridge if there is ink in there that won’t come out.

I have faced this problem too. I think that if we reconnect the printer, the problem is solved. I had to call in an engineer to fix the problem once. There are times when every machine starts to behave strangely. So, you don't need to panic at those times. This is a problem with many printers and the printer software.
