HP Printer Problem #8 – Pulling All Paper From The Manual Feed Tray
If your HP printer is pulling all the paper from the manual feed tray, instead of just one sheet at a time, you’ve got a hard ware problem that will need repair.
There is a pad that is responsible for separating the paper as it is pulled from the feed tray. If pages are not being separated, the pad has worn out and needs to be replaced. The good news on this repair is that you can order and install a new pad yourself (no need to pay a repair person) at a fairly minimal cost.
It is also possible that the paper you are trying to print on is wet (often due to humidity). Make sure you store your paper properly and that you fan it before putting it in to your printer.
