Double-roll toilet paper dispenser uses standard toilet tissue paper with up to a 5 diameter. Dispenser includes both a C-mandrel for standard cored bath tissue and an H-mandrel for coreless dispensing. Easy-to-install dispenser provides easy access to the reserve roll once the lower roll is completely used. When installed properly, this dispenser meets the ADA standards for accessible design, 28 CFR Part 36.
